In the premiere of Season 4 Love and Hip Hop Hollywood, the viewers were rather surprised to see the new man of Hazel E. Rose Burgundy was his name and LHHH star claimed he was a rapper. The newest cast couple is only 18 years old. And according to Word on the Street Hazel hiring him to be his girlfriend.
