Pay ₹2 crore compensation for wrong haircut: Delhi-based 5/7 star hotel asked by court

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed a luxury hotel chain to pay ₹2 crore as compensation to a lady observing that “she lost her expected assignments and suffered an enormous loss which completely changed her lifestyle and shattered her dream to be a top model.”
