Amid fear of Omicron covid variant spreading to numerous countries, the Centre has revised guidelines for transnational advents in India. The government has decided to review the resumption of transnational breakouts, introduced stricter guidelines for people travelling from or coursing through’at- threat’ countries After nearly two times, the government had on November 26 blazoned the resumption of listed transnational marketable breakouts from December 15. Passengers travelling from or coursing through’at- threat countries will have to suffer an RT-PCR test on appearance in India and will be needed to stay for the results before leaving the field or taking a connecting flight, according to revised guidelines issued by the Health Ministry. Trippers coming from countries other than those listed as’at- threat will be allowed to leave the field and shall tone- examiner their health for 14 days after appearance, but five per cent of them will be aimlessly tested at the field, it said.
