New Delhi: India on Thursday said the reference made for this at the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) meeting in Islamabad was based on “falsehood and representation errors”.A strong reaction by the External Ministry (MEA) came a day after the OKS at the Foreign Minister’s meeting in Pakistan criticized India for his policy in Kashmir.
“The statements and resolutions adopted at the meeting showed the insurgency of the organization of Islamic cooperation as the body and the role of Pakistan as a manipulator,” said MEA spokesman Arindam Bagchi He refers to media requests about references made to India in the resolution adopted at the OIC meeting.
References have been made to India based on falsehood and representation errors. The absurdity of this body comment on minority treatment, which is also in the example of human rights serial violators such as Pakistan, very clearly, “Bagchi said “The nations and governments that associate themselves with such exercises must be aware of their impact on their reputation,” he said.
