India’s flagship foreign policy conference to be inaugurated by PM Modi today

India’s mainstay conference on geopolitics and geeky – Dialogue Raisina – will begin on Monday in Delhi. The seventh edition of the conference – which was launched in 2016 – will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the president of the European Union Commission Ursula Von Der Leyen as a major guest.
