High Court Dismisses Petition Against Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Centre

The High Court of Karnataka on Thursday brushed off a public hobby litigation filed in opposition to the Isha Yoga Centre this is built in Chikkaballapura. The department bench of Chief Justice Prasanna B Varale and Justice Ashok S Kinagi of their order stated the petitioners have now no longer approached the courtroom docket with smooth arms and that they had now no longer disclosed the crook instances pending in opposition to them.

The Yoga Centre and the Adiyogi statue is constructed on the Avalagurki village in Chikkaballapura. This became challenged via way of means of S Kyatappa from Chamballi village and others. The Court pointed to the petitioners quoting Mahatma Gandhi of their petition and stated, Mahatma Gandhi harassed at the purity of the manner for the fulfillment of noble ends. The 112-feet statue of Adiyogi became unveiled on January 15 after the High Court approved it.

There had been sixteen respondents withinside the PIL which includes the Union Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Ecology, Karnataka Government, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.
