Another French horror movie – The Swarm has brought excitement among the paranormal truthers because of its extraordinary horror scenes. Darker upcoming horror film – The Swarm (also known as La Nuée) is directed by Just Philippot. Originally released at the Angoulême Film Festival on 29th of August 2020 and then at Sitges Film Festival on 18th of October 2020, now this movie is ready to premiere on Netflix. The plot of the French horror film The Swarm.
The story revolves around a single mother – Virginie ( portrayed by Suliane Brahim) who starts to breed bees in order to save her farm. Her two children named Laura and Goston live with her after she gets divorced from her husband. Increasing tensions with her children and neighbours’ had made her breed bees as a high protein crop on her farm. We can see her in a complicated situation in which she has to manage a lot of things and feed her family.
You might think what is horrifying, it’s bees! Yes, the bees when Virginie started breeding those locusts on blood. This happens when Virginie, the lead actress, reveals that she can increase the production of locusts by feeding them red stuff. Now we have to see how Virginie will face all these challenges and how the story will turn out to be as the locusts had started feeding on blood. Will they become bloodthirst locusts or things will go in another way. Stay tuned in August to watch out for what happens next.
